MCH development is a limited liability company owed and operated by Michael Hanchett. Mike has been building custom homes since 2003 and has gained a reputation for high quality projects, built on-time and with-in budget. He continues to bring integrity, expertise and customer satisfaction to every project we undertake.

Michael is President of MCH Development LLC, where he is responsible for all phases of the construction process including acquisitions, design development and construction management . Mike also takes a personal stake and is involved in each phase of construction - from conceptions to delivery of the finished product. He drives project management, subcontractors, construction inspections and supervises staff. In addition, Mike's experience includes 6 years with one of the largest developers in the valley in both project management and purchasing. Mike has been in the industry for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in business Management from Brigham Young University. He and his wife Donna live in the North Phoenix area with their four children.
